Jeuslyn Chandler, MD
Family Doctor, Medical Director, & Owner
Jeuslyn Chandler, MD is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Chandler has been practicing medicine in Georgia for more 10 years. Dr. Chandler established Brunswick Medical with the spirit of creating a medical practice reminiscent of healthcare of the past, evidenced-based medicine combined with compassion.
Dr. Chandler was born in St Lucia in the Caribbean, but has lived in Georgia for more than 20 years. She recently moved to the Golden Isles with her husband, Dr. Kavanaugh Chandler and their two daughters. Dr. Chandler enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Bentley Lauren Klein Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CLC is a NP native of SWGA. She has been serving the NP world for the past 6 years with a strong framework in primary care management, addiction medicine, perinatal/antenatal/high risk maternity/OBGYN/women’s health. She also is proficient in sonography, lactation, and skin aesthetics. Bentley is determined and possesses a driven passion of providing holistic and quality care to patients; improving their caliber of life. Her peers would describe her as having the best listening ear - striving to always dig deeper to the root of the patient’s concern/problem.
In her spare time, she likes to devote herself to her number one priority - her family (husband, daughter, Ma, a fur son). She also likes to read and engages with staying up to date with new and ongoing research trends, painting, practicing what she preaches with occasional gym activity, and executing self care. She looks forward to generating connections within the local community and working alongside both Dr Chandlers and the amazing staff.
